个人简介
杨小军,博士,教授,博士生导师。陕西省饲料生产许可证专家审核委员,陕西省饲料产业技术创新战略联盟副秘书长,中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会理事,陕西省生理学会理事。获“教育部新世纪优秀人才”,“陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才”,“陕西省青年科技新星”和“第十届陕西省青年科技奖获得者”等荣誉称号。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目、陕西省青年科技新星项目等多项课题;近5年来已经在“家禽免疫营养与营养表观遗传调控”相关研究领域获取了丰富的研究成果。在国内外重要学术期刊发表研究论文60余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在BritishJournalofNutrition,ScientificReports,PLoSOne,InternationalJournalofBiologicalMacromolecules,JournalofAnimalScienceandBiotechnology,JournalofAnimalScience,PoultryScience等行业权威期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,副主编或参编专著2部。年课题组家禽研究取得了巨大的进步,共计发表论文14篇,其中SCI论文11篇。家禽免疫营养与营养表观遗传调控”方向年论文

主要研究内容
近年来,杨小军教授主要致力于探讨家禽最适免疫机能状态维持的营养学调控原理与方法学研究。强调家禽免疫营养稳态与高效生产的有机统一,系统开展关键营养素的免疫调控、免疫应激与营养素再分配稳衡、营养素高效利用、传代营养表观遗传调控等方面的研究工作,为家禽业的持续发展提供理论依据和技术支撑。
(1)家禽免疫营养调控
主要通过建立家禽不同免疫应激模型和体外肠道疾病感染模型,研究关键营养素参与免疫调控的信号转导机制。(1)建立了n-3PUFA调控家禽T淋巴细胞免疫效应分子表达的信号转导通路;(2)通过构建肠道坏死性肠炎疾病模型,阐明营养素调控对肠道结构完整性的调控作用;(3)以黄芪多糖和枸杞多糖为关键营养素,阐明了多糖调控肉鸡肠道疾病的分子机理及功效多糖核心寡糖片段的结构特性。

(2)家禽营养表观遗传调控
家禽营养表观遗传调控主要研究家禽父系传代表观遗传的营养调控机制,确立了关键营养素在染色质层面调控家禽生长发育和机体健康相关基因表达的传代分子机理。(1)首次构建了鸡胚0-21天孵化期全基因组甲基化动态变化图谱;(2)明晰了鸡胚发育时期维生素C、叶酸供给对肉鸡生长和免疫的调控作用及表观遗传调控机制;(3)明晰了种公鸡日粮添加黄芪多糖对种公鸡及其后代肉鸡免疫机能的传代调控机制,同时分析了黄芪多糖调控种公鸡繁殖性能的潜在表观遗传机制;(4)明晰了非编码RNA在营养传代表观遗传调控中所发挥的潜在作用。

(3)家禽肠道微生物调控
以无抗或低抗养殖为目的,围绕着宿主免疫性能与肠道微生物的互作关系,课题组通过选择不同作用方式的饲料添加剂,探讨不同类型营养素对肠道微生物区系的潜在调控方式,阐明不同作用方式饲料添加剂调控下肠道微生物区系影响家禽生长和免疫性能的调控机制。(1)以精油和有机酸为代表,阐明非抗生素类抑菌添加剂对肉鸡及蛋鸡生产性能及肠道微生物区系的影响;(2)以葡萄糖氧化酶等为代表,阐明功能性酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道微生物区系和肠道完整性的影响;(3)以枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌等为代表,阐明不同益生菌对不同时期肉鸡和蛋鸡肠道微生物区系及生产性能的影响。
作为现阶段的关键科学热点,本课题组关于肠道微生物区系的相关试验研究正在持续的开展,相关论文现在正处于投稿阶段,欢迎大家就相关课题与本课题组广泛交流、合作。
另外,基于姚军虎教授指导下的大量前期研究成果,杨小军教授近年来在“一次性注射法”检测家禽内源氨基酸损失量的使用及推广,家禽微量元素铜、铁、锌、锰的优化供给,以及家禽饲料钙、磷的合理添加上做出了深入的探讨,从而实现营养素的高效利用及环境友好型家禽养殖。
